The 4 keep warm temperature settings (160??F. 175??F. 195??F. 208??F) allow you to brew anything from green tea to French press coffee to perfection. The optional Quick Temp mode reaches selected keep warm temperature without first having to reach a boil ? saving time and energy while reducing steam.
